air, here in the UK! The
daffodils are sharing their sunny faces,
and the crocuses remind us that there is
often unseen life beneath the surface,
that lets us know of its presence only

The NPA
Experiential
Report & New Date News
Experience the Power & Simplicity of
Non-Personal Awareness
In
the next week or two, I will be announcing
details of forthcoming dates for The NPA
Experiential. The first event sold
out, and unfortunately we had to
disappoint several people who wanted to come
at the last minute.
I'm in the process of finding venues, and
settling dates and I'll be sure to give you
the scoop when the booking lines open.
It was a great day of joy, learning &
healing, and the feedback I've had suggests
that everyone was amazed at the
power and versatility of the simple NPA
process.
I was delighted that people were also
getting that the NPA (Non-Personal
Awareness) approach 'shines the
light' from a whole new angle and
can really enhance your awakening
experience, alongside the other beautiful
healing processes you have access to.
If you really really want to guarantee
your place on the next NPA Experiential
right now, and have flexibility around dates
and venue's, then I have made it possible
for you to secure your place immediately, if
you follow

Just to give you a little more specificity,
there will certainly be a date in the London
area, sometime towards the end of April.
I'm also looking at doing events in
locations other than London - and if you
feel you'd like to support the organisation
of an event in your area - please contact
me.
As a final tease - here's some feedback
I got from a delegate who attended the event
in February, and has been using the NPA
Process since:
"I got a strong
tension in my head and neck - a
headache or migraine beginning. I could feel
the fear of it. I did NPA
on 'This Tension that's here', and
afterwards I got the feeling that it's ok -
I can be soft with me. And then I just cried
and cried. It was a very physical
experience and I could feel the
release in my body - a feeling of being
emptied. The headache disappeared.
The most profound thing for
me (from attending the event) is the
realisation of how SIMPLE it can be to find
freedom. NPA is a beautiful way to
open into what is already here - to
realise it rather than just
understand the concept of it. I've
realised that I am OK as I am, and
that if I feel trapped, I can really easily
free myself. I tend to be hard on myself and
through the NPA processes I had (on
the day), I discovered an openness, softness
& acceptance."

Is
Enlightenment The Death Of Individuality?

 Enlightenment,
Awakening, Realisation. These
are all words that describe the process
of letting go of our 'Ego', our
'Personal Self', or as Eckhart Tolle
describes it - the 'Pain Body'.
At the beginning of her journey, an
earnest seeker is often brought to the
path of awakening through a crises, or a
desire to heal or change conditions
in her life that are causing pain
and suffering. To begin with she wants,
what she sees as, the 'bad stuff' to go
away and for it to be replaced with,
what she sees as, the 'good stuff'.
As the journey continues, if she's
lucky, she may be exposed to a much more
expanded perspective, or even a
glimpse of her deeper Boundless Nature.
Here the rigidity of the 'it's either
good stuff or bad stuff' perspective
